Dari dulu penasaran sama Gyu Jin Teppan yang ada di Jakarta sana. Kalau di Bandung ada juga di TSM tapi karena jauh belum coba deh kesana 😀 Nah akhirnya Gyu Jin buka juga di 23 Paskal Shopping Center yang lebih deket dari basecamp kita, so, langsung deh kita cusss nyobain kesana~~
Ambiance
Gyu Jin ini lokasinya ada di atas Lobby Langit (lobby utama mall). Tempatnya gak terlalu luas tapi lumayan cozy karena memanjang ke belakang. Suasananya Jepang banget 🙂 Di bagian kanan depan kita bisa lihat langsung proses memasak sekaligus buat memesan menu yang kita mau.

Karena belum pernah coba sebelumnya, kita pilih dua macam menu yang bertanda bintang *katanya sih favorite* : Gyu Teppanyaki dan Seafood Teppanyaki. Masing-masing diberi semangkuk sup Miso panas dengan bawang daun dan rumput laut di dalamnya ❤
Rasa bumbu Gyu Teppanyaki disini buat kita agak terlalu manis, jadi perlu ditambah sepercik shoyu dan taburan bumbu cabai agar rasanya lebih pas di lidah kita. Tapi porsi dagingnya cukup banyak dan empukkk ❤ Nasinya juga pulen banget, yum!
Untuk yang seafood, meskipun harganya sama dengan yang Gyu Teppanyaki tapi kalau bisa memutar waktu buat kembali ke hari itu, pasti kita bakal pilih 2 mangkok Gyu Teppanyaki :”) Mungkin karena ekspektasi kita Seafood Teppanyaki ini bakal di-teppan dengan bumbu ala teppanyaki (kayak yang gyu), ternyata yang datangnya udang (almost plain) dan tempura seafood (dingin 😦 )….. dengan bumbu mayonaise dan irisan telur yang sungguh amat banyak.. untungnya, sup miso-nya enak banget ❤
Tapi semuanya balik lagi ke selera masing-masing, tapi aku percaya kalian semua akan lebih suka tempuranya hangat dan crunchy kan? Mungkin bisa request atau tanya dulu sebelum memesan nanti.

WordPress is very handy and easy for beginners like me 😁 the features is great and no errors like other platforms. Try using wordpress and connect it to your domain 🙂 *mirroring is okay too*
